「아빠랑 나랑」(이하 "앱")은 A.P Holdings(이하 "회사")가 만든 가족용 약속 앱입니다. 부모와 아이가 약속 하나(달리기·책읽기·직접 정한 약속)를 정하고 도장판을 채우면 선물을 주는 구조입니다. 앱은 가족끼리 쓰는 데 꼭 필요한 최소한의 정보만 다루며, 광고·추적·제3자 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 회사의 서버는 없고, 모든 기록은 사용자의 기기와 사용자 가족의 iCloud에만 있습니다.

회사는 위 정보를 수집·전송받지 않습니다. 모든 저장은 사용자의 기기와 사용자의 iCloud 계정 안에서만 이루어집니다.
앱은 부모가 설정하고 관리하는 앱입니다. 아이의 실명·생년월일·연락처·신체 정보를 입력받지 않으며, 아이를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 회사나 제3자에게 보내지 않습니다. 얼굴 사진은 선택 사항이며 가족 기기와 가족 iCloud에만 저장됩니다.
「아이 폰 초대하기」를 쓰면 Apple CloudKit의 개인 데이터베이스에 기록이 저장되고, Apple의 공유 기능(CKShare)으로 부모가 초대한 Apple 계정의 기기만 읽고 쓸 수 있습니다. 공개 데이터베이스는 쓰지 않습니다. 공유는 설정에서 언제든 끊을 수 있고, 끊으면 폰 하나 모드로 돌아갑니다. Apple의 iCloud 처리는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
달리기 약속에서 건강 앱 읽기 권한을 허용하면 앱은 달리기 운동 기록만 읽어 약속한 시간을 채웠는지 확인합니다. 키·몸무게·안정 심박 등 신체 정보는 읽지 않습니다. 「폰으로 달리기」를 쓰면 GPS로 거리와 경로를 기록하고 그 운동을 건강 앱에 저장합니다. 건강 데이터와 위치는 광고·마케팅·제3자 제공에 쓰이지 않으며, 설정 > 건강 / 개인정보 보호에서 언제든 권한을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
매일 약속 알림, 달리기·읽기 타이머 완료, 가족의 응원 도착을 기기 알림으로 보냅니다. 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 가족 공유 중에는 Apple 푸시로 조용히 새로고침 신호만 받습니다.
가족 패스는 Apple 인앱 결제로 한 번만 구매하는 비소모성 상품입니다. 결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리하며, 회사는 카드 정보나 거래 내역을 받지 않습니다. 구독과 광고는 없습니다.

Dad & Me (the "App") is a family promise app made by A.P Holdings (the "Company"). A parent and a child set one promise (running, reading, or a promise of their own), fill a stamp board and earn a gift. The App handles only what a family needs to use it together, with no ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics SDKs. The Company runs no server: everything stays on your device and in your family's iCloud.

The Company does not collect or receive any of the above. Storage happens only on your device and within your own iCloud account.
The App is set up and managed by a parent. It never asks for a child's real name, date of birth, contact details or body measurements, and sends no child-identifying data to the Company or any third party. Face photos are optional and stay on family devices and in family iCloud.
"Invite kid's phone" stores records in Apple CloudKit's private database and shares them with Apple's CKShare only to the Apple accounts the parent invites. The public database is not used. Sharing can be stopped at any time in Settings, which returns the App to one-phone mode. Apple's handling of iCloud is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
With Health read permission, the App reads running workouts only to check whether the promised minutes were completed. Height, weight, resting heart rate and other body data are not read. "Run with phone" records distance and route with GPS and saves the workout to Health. Health data and location are never used for advertising or marketing and never shared with third parties. You can change permissions any time in Settings > Health / Privacy.
Daily reminders, timer completion and family cheers are delivered as device notifications and can be turned off in Settings. While sharing, Apple push is used only for silent refresh signals.
Family Pass is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple. The Company receives no card details or transaction history. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
