AP Revenue

Booking data, into today's decisions.

Not a hotel revenue chart — an engine that turns booking data into today's decisions.

01 · One scene

Booking data becomes a decision list each morning.

Connect booking and cancellation data, and a “Today's decisions” list is generated every morning. Priority · evidence · observed amount · recommended action, one line each. The final call is recorded by the manager.

AP Revenue workspace — three decisions today, evidence · observed amount · accept/edit/hold
02 · How it connects

Not installed inside the PMS. It sits beside it.

The PMS holds results; the CRS and channel manager hold future rates and inventory. AP Revenue sits beside them: anomaly detection · opportunity judgment · proposed actions · learning from outcomes. Only conditions approved by the manager go back to the CRS.

PMS alone covers booking and cancellation analysis; pricing and inventory judgment follows once the CRS and channel manager are connected.

03 · What clients get

Instead of comparing spreadsheets, decisions with evidence.

The same operating standard across properties. Easy-to-miss cancellation and channel anomalies caught early. “Why this decision” stays on record, and before/after results sharpen the standard.
